John K. Feeney founded Street Disclosure Corporation in 1999 and has served as President since inception. Prior to founding the company he served on the staff of the Chief Accountant to the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance from 1990 to 1998 (Washington, DC), and as a CPA on the audit staff of KPMG Peat Marwick's Miami office from 1987 to 1990. He has also served as Managing Director of Finance for a large merchant energy company reporting publicly under IFRS. He holds a Masters of Financial Accounting from the University of Florida's Fisher School of Accounting & Bachelors in Corporate Finance from the university's Warrington College of Business.
